1. Order Production
At Wolf Stack, we do not hold inventory. Every piece of art is a 1-of-1 custom generation, printed and framed exclusively for you at the time of order. Production and framing typically take 2 to 4 business days before the item is ready to ship.
2. Shipping Times & Tracking
We partner with a global network of premium printing facilities to ensure your art is crafted as close to you as possible. For orders within the United States, standard shipping takes an additional 3 to 5 business days after production. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
3. Return & Refund Policy
Because each artwork is uniquely generated, printed, and framed on demand specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for a change of mind. All sales are final.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction and the quality of your art are our top priorities. If your order arrives damaged during transit or contains a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact our Client Services team at support@wolfstack.shop within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of both the damaged item and the packaging. We will expedite a replacement immediately.
