1. Order Production & USA Restriction
At Wolf Stack, every piece of art is a 1-of-1 custom generation, printed and framed exclusively for you. We ship EXCLUSIVELY to addresses within the United States. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside the US will be cancelled and refunded, subject to non-refundable transaction fees from our payment processors.
Production and framing typically take 2 to 4 business days before the item is ready to ship.
2. Shipping Times & Tracking
For orders within the United States, standard shipping takes an additional 3 to 5 business days after production. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email with your tracking information. We use premium carriers to ensure your art arrives safely.
3. Return & Refund Policy (All Sales Final)
Because each artwork is uniquely generated, printed, and framed on demand specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for a change of mind.
Cancellation Window: You have a 2-hour window from the moment of purchase to request a cancellation via [email protected]. Once this window has passed or the order has entered production, no cancellations can be processed.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge.
To process your replacement request efficiently, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery and include ALL of the following:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue (e.g. damaged corner, broken frame, print defect, etc.)
- Details about the packaging condition upon arrival (e.g. box dented, corners crushed, no visible damage, etc.)
- Clear photos of the damaged product (close-up of the damage and full product view)
- Clear photos of the packaging (outer box including shipping label if possible, and inner packaging/protective materials such as corners or inserts)
We want to provide you with the fastest possible solution, so please make sure to include all required information to avoid delays in processing your request.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will expedite a replacement at no additional cost. We do not require the damaged item to be returned.
