Upon physical fulfillment of your order, Wolf Stack transfers the commercial and personal rights of that specific visual generation to you, as certified by your Certificate of Authenticity (CoA). Wolf Stack LLC retains the right to use generated images for promotional and marketing purposes.
3. AI Accuracy & Color Disclaimer
Due to variations in monitor calibrations and the inherent nature of translating digital AI generations to physical ink and substrates, colors and textures may vary slightly from what is seen on screen. These variations are a characteristic of custom digital art and do not constitute a defect.
4. User-Uploaded Content
If you upload your own images, you warrant that you own all necessary rights. Wolf Stack LLC assumes no liability for copyright infringement arising from user-uploaded content and reserves the right to refuse material deemed explicit or illegal.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. International cards are accepted, provided the shipping address is within the United States.
6. Limitation of Liability
Wolf Stack LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.
